Laura’s introspection and sincerity, along with her warm humor, encourage students to utilize the practice to deepen their awareness. This provides an opportunity for each individual to open to their unique beauty and strength. The focus of the eight-limb path, breath, core alignment, and grace all blend beautifully to cultivate an environment of personal growth and self discovery.

Friday: 6:00pm - 8:30pm ($35) Yoga as Therapy

Experience the beauty and ease of Yoga through the method of Vinyasa Krama (sequencing) Designed for the nourishing of the nervous system and development of meditation.

Saturday: 9am – 3:30pm ($85) Tapping the Root

Perfect for all levels of practice, this asana class will focus on unifying the breath with dynamic strengthening while clarifying alignment principals originating from the core. Includes Vinyasa Krama, Pranayama, and Meditation.

We will break for a one hour lunch with discussion….so pack a bag lunch!
