Thai-Yoga Bodywork, also known as Thai Massage, is an ancient style of
bodywork deeply rooted in the healing traditions of Ayurveda and hatha
yoga. It is a sensitive, rhythmic, gentle and sacred healing art.
It is traditionally performed on a floor mat in comfortable clothing.
Practitioners combine gentle stretching, pressure, movement and breath to
stimulate the flow of energies in the body. Those who have experienced a
session describe it as both relaxing and energizing.
This course is open to the public and is ideal for anyone wishing to develop
a better understanding of the healing potential of the body. Because it
integrates well with various forms of bodywork, massage therapists, yoga
teachers and students will find it particularly beneficial for deepening their
practice.
Participants will learn how to give a 90 minute Thai Yoga Bodywork session.
All participants will also receive a manual for the course.

I watch this practice transform people's lives. I remind them that this journey is singular, and all teachers are guides along the path, not the path itself. A good teacher will not offer an answer for every question, but will instead leave each student questioning, encouraging them to seek the answers within themselves.
